-石斛(Dendrobium Stem) 4g
-威州花旗參(Wisconsin Ginseng) 25g
-螺片(Dried Snail Slice) 35g
-無花果(Fig) 30g
-淮山(Chinese Yam) 30g
-枸杞子(Goji Berries) 15g
Directions:
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add pork rib or chicken (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, add 4-5 slices of ginger (not included), add 1.5 liters (6 1/3 cups) of water, and heat on high until boiling.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, and season with salt.
