-威州花旗參(Wisconsin Ginseng) 30g
-蟲草花(Cordyceps Flower) 25g
-紅棗(Red Dates) 25g
-姬松茸(Blazei Brazilian Cap Mushroom) 10g
-枸杞子(Goji Berries) 20g
-蓮子(Lotus Seed) 25g
Step 1: Soak dried mushrooms for 30 minutes before cooking. Optional: Clean, blanch and add chicken or pork(not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stock pot, add 1.5 liter of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours, season with salt.
