Tragacanth Gum & Peach Gum Sweet Soup Mix (雪燕桃膠糖水）
Tragacanth Gum (雪燕), Peach Gum (桃膠), Snow Lotus Seed (雪蓮子), Lily Root(百合), Lotus Seed (白蓮子), Goji Berry (枸杞), Red Date (紅棗), Longan (桂圓), Crystal Sugar (冰糖)
Step 1: Soak Tragacanth Gum and Peach Gum in cold water for 12 hours separately. Clean the impurities.
Step 2: Soak all other ingredients in warm water for 30 minutes.
Step 3: With all the ingredients except Red Date in a stockpot, add 500ml of water and boil on high heat.
Step 4: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Add Red Date and simmer for another 5 minutes.
