-當歸(Angelica Sinensis) 15g

-冬菇(Shiitake Mushroom) 10g

Directions:

Step 1: Soak dried mushrooms for 30 minutes before cooking. Optional: Clean, blanch and add chicken or pork (not included).

Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, add 1.5 Liter (15 oz) of water and heat on high until boiling.

Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 3 hours, season with salt.
