- 靈芝(Reishi Slices)10g
- 田七 (Tienchi Slices)15g
- 党参(Codonopsis)15g
- 蜜棗(Candied Dates)35g
- 枸杞(Goji Berries)15g
- 紅枣(Red Dates)15g
- 龍眼(Longan)15g
- 陳皮絲(Tangerine Slice)5g
- 淮山(Wild Yam) 25g
Directions:
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add pork rib or chicken (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients (except reishi slices) in a stockpot, add 4-5 slices of ginger (not included), add 1.5 liters (6 1/3 cups) of water, and heat on high until boiling.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour. Add reishi slices to soup and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, and season with salt.
