四季老火湯料包( Herbal All-Season Favorite Soup Mix)
- 玉竹(Polygonatum Odoratum)30g
- 淮山(Chinese Yam)35g
- 百合(Lily Root Bulb)15g
- 赤小豆(Rice Bean)30g
- 薏米(Job’s Tears)30g
- 枸杞(Goji Berries)15g
- 海底椰(Sea Coconut Slices)15g
- 蓮子(Lotus Seeds)20g
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add pork rib or chicken (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stock port, (add 4-5 slices of ginger, not included),
add 1.5 liters of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, season with salt.
