蟲草花干貝湯料包 (Cordyceps & Scallop Anti-Aging Soup Mix)
- 蟲草花(Cordyceps Flowers)30g
- 干貝(Dried Scallops)20g
- 枸杞(Goji Berries)20g
- 芡實(Fox Nuts)35g
- 蓮子(Lotus Seeds)25g
- 淮山(Chinese Yam)30g
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add pork rib or chicken (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stock port, (add 4-5 slices of ginger, not included), add 1.5 liters of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, season with salt.
