Velvet Mushroom & Bamboo Pith Soup Mix（鹿茸菇竹蓀湯料包）
Dried Velvet Mushroom(鹿茸菇), Bamboo Pith(竹蓀), Red Date(紅棗)
Step 1: Soak dried mushroom and Bamboo Pith with warm water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add chicken (not included).
Step 3: With all the ingredients except Bamboo Pith in a stockpot, (add 2-3 slices of ginger, not included), add 500ml of water and boil on high heat.
Step 4: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Add Bamboo Pith and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 5: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, season with salt.
