Pear & Fig Soup Mix （梨果玉竹湯料包）
Dried pear slice(梨果), Polygonatum(玉竹), Sweet apricot seed(南杏), Fig(無花果)
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add pork rib or chicken (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, (add 2-3 slices of ginger, not included), add 500ml of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, season with salt.
