I had GinkgoHome products on subscription from Amazon. Last month when I received the delivery, I found one of the bottles was wrong. Since Amazon has no link for me to contact the vendor, I found GinkoHome online myself. I contact them and they sent me the right bottle right away. I also stopped Amazon subscription and started buying directly from GinkgoHome. I received my first delivery on time. One suggestion- GinkgoHome's website doesn't have a subscription option. I suggest GinkgoHome to add the subscription option for people like me to renew their purchases automatically. Thanks.
