I have a jar of tincture I made, and also and Oxymel. They are still brewing. When I stir the tincture, it is pretty potent tasting, so when it is ready for use, I may have to dilute or add it to a tea. On it's own a little bitter, but it may become an acquired taste. The oxymel is always more subtle due to the vinegar/honey mixture. I am looking forward to the results. I can't wait to get the albizia flowers for my tincture. Hopefully you will have them soon.
